Pivot Table..."Grand total chaned to difference"

I got the pivot table set up how I want it. The only thing I need changed is instead of giving me a SUM of the two columns. I'd like to get a difference. What I'm doing is comparing two time periods so if one set of data is 100 in the first 60 days column & 110 in the 2nd 60 days column I'd like to see the difference of 10.

    I attached screen shots.

    Thanks!

Looks like I might need to do something with "calculated field". Another person was helping me but I think the issue I have is that the "first 60" & "last 60" are from the "phase" column in the fields. So not sure if calculated field will work.

Statz: "So not sure if calculated field will work."
Looking at the screenshot I don't believe that either a calculated field nor a calculated item will work. you could remove the grand total column and put a formula in its place i.e. =ABS(B5-C5) or, possibly, use a GETPIVOTDATA based formula. If you would like some help with either option please upload a desensitized sample of the source data by clicking on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scrolling down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
