Need Help Split Horizontal And Freeze Right Pane

hi, i hv search the web about splitting and freezing excel pane but could not find a solution to my issue; but i believe this is very common issue and there should be a way to it.

what i like is to split the sheet into 'half' and when i scroll down, only the left part will scroll down and the right side will stay on. as i need to refer to the value on the right side all the time.

pls refer to the attachment for a sample screenshot. the Excel version is 2013

    thanks in advance,

There isn't a way to do it on single sheet.

    Alternatives are...
    1. Have copy of the sheet open using View->New Window.
    2. Use modeless userform to display range needed. Refer to link for detail.

    3. Use listbox with some code to adjust position (using .TopLeft property).

Personally, I'd go with option 1.
