Bottom of "File" tab is far down

Hi all - something weird happened in my Microsoft office "File" tab recently, such that the Account, Feedback, and Options areas are way below where they normally are / should be. I don't know how to fix this, and want to make sure it's not indicative of a larger issue. Does anyone have any suggestion?

Weird, have not seen that before. Anyone else seen this before?
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

Yes but not to that degree since my screen isn't that large.

It happened some time back after an Office 365 Update.

There have been other strange anomalies after update, too --- like the ribbon icons look like Windows 3.11 throwbacks. That happened back in Office 2013.
