Data Validation with different columns

Hi,
Can somebody assist me.

I am working on the worksheet and trying to use the data validation. I need to consolidate all the data in the GroupName1,2&3 from the Goal Worksheet then put it as a dropdown list to Percent Worksheet - Goal Name. See attached

Please attach an Excel workbook, not a .zip file. We don't need to see your entire dataset, just a representative sample.

As I said, we do not need to see the entire dataset. Please trim it down to a basic sample file and post that.

Since you have a newer version of Excel you could use Get & Transform to make your list.
1. Select a cell in the table (it is actually a range formatted as a table) on the "Goal" sheet and press the Ctrl and t keys.
2. Name the table: Table2
3. On the Data tab select: From Table/Range
4. In the Power Query Editor > On the Home tab select Advanced Editor
5. When the Advanced Editor window opens replace what is inside with the following:

7. Select Close and Load to... then OK
8. Select the new table (modeled on the DVList sheet) as the list for the data validation
