If Statement with Text and calculations

Hi All,

I am trying to make the following if statement work...Can you please help here..

IF((F2-H2)>=10,"Sales loss due to unavailability is 'G2-C2' ","Sales loss D2 cannot be explained by availability")

Basically I am subtracting values from columns G2 and c2 and in the false part I am picking the vlaue from column D2... Can you please help here..
