cell color to change

Hi

I have an excel file in which i have just used the basic formula "=today()-E7", in N7 which gives me the number of days passed from the date in E7.
I have given conditional formatting to N7 that minimum midpoint maximum , turning the cell to red at maximum point.

Now, in another cell H7 i will be putting the text " Price Given".

Once I enter that text "Price Given" into H7, I need the cell N7 to change color to Green.

How can I get this done ?

I tried conditional formatting specific text; but it is not working.
Maybe because there is already one formula there ?
Please advise !

I have uploaded an excel file "Sample".
if you see the columns i hope you understand what i am trying to achieve.
Now I am able to change the color of the cells..i used Find function in the conditional formatting.
But, some cells remain unchanged.
For example if you will see N7 - has turned green..but corresponding H7 is blank.
What I want to achieve is column N to turn green only when column H has the word "Given".

seems like it is not working.
Hope you can help me in this.
