Index & Match with Right Function

Good Afternoon,

Sheet 1, Cell A25 = 7240.

The last 4 digits of the cells from column A on sheet 2 will contain various numbers. I need to lookup Column A for 7240 and return the value in column F.

I was thinking index & Match with a right function embedded, but I cannot seem to get this to work.
