Excel Data: Return next result after a series of results

Hi clever excelites!

I stumble through excel and generally find what I need through trial and error but, cannot seem to get my head around returning the next value after a series of events. I have doena search on patterns and series but, cannot seem to find what I am after.

I have attached a basic table and briefly, I want to know what happens after there is a series of three 0s in column F.

Further to this, I would like to be able to consider other IF scenarios, such as, only considering Column A; Bob and Column B; Sally with a series of three 0s (column F) returning the next number in Column G. In this example, I would be looking for G5: 1.64 ... but ultimately, I would like to be able to make a table of results based on a much larger dataset to be able to see if there are any patterns.

Does this make sense?
