Move cell info to another cell without replacing that cell's info

My apologies for the noob question but I need help moving info from one cell to another cell but not changing the existing data in the new cell, just adding to it.

For example:
cell B105 has: Call Boeing Co
cell B106 has: 10/19/2019

**I want cell B105 to read: Call Boeing Co 10/19/2019

I appreciate any help.

Possibly using the Concatenate function?

you can use the Concatenate function but you should make it new column and column B only for date.

Ex: cell B105 has: Call Boeing Co
cell B106 has: 10/19/2019

you should make formulas to C105 or anywhere as you want

=Concatenate(B105,B106) Or ="B105"&"B106"
