Help with a table and Vlookup

I am a pilot and we are required to work within limits. I want to have a quick feature on a spreadsheet where I can have 2 drop down lists and put in the two parameters I want to return the amount of time I am allowed to be on duty for. Any help with this would be really great. I am looking for a formula to go into cell E19 that displays the the result from the table range B5:H14excel.PNG

Can you upload the file? What is in the Duty Start drop-down? Is it the first times in the start times or is it any time? Based on what you have shown, is the result supposed to be 12?
