How to put a linear line in pivot chart?

I have the pivot chart to show daily cost at the moment, but I would like to add a linear diagonal line in it to compare the performance with the budget.

For example, $0 on 1-Jul-19 and $9000 on 5-Jul-19, so there can be a diagonal line from left bottom to right top to illustrate how the budget spreads out linearly with dates.

Pivot charts have certain limitations -- one of them being that a pivot chart cannot add data from outside of its associated pivot table. You need to choose one of two approaches:

1) Add the desired budget data to the pivot table's source data so that you can add the budget to the pivot table.
