vlookup multiple columns and return values in multiple columns on a different worksheet

Hello Wizards,

Greeting for the day!!

I need help to come up with VBA code to return specific output, I have attached the file (Sample image attached):

1. Sheet1 has series of data (in Original File its approx 20k rows)
2. Need output as in Sheet2

Sheet1 Data:
1.png

Sheet2 Output required:
2.png

I did come up with a formula driven VBA on the net, but that is returning values in CSV format, however I need values in different columns:
