I am starting to learn PQ I have a question if someone can answer for me
I would like to know which function would I use to use to check if Cell A= X if cell B=Y if Cell C=Z
I have the full PDF of PQ it's just that I cannot find the function I think I need.

This is not a general question - it's a specific question about checking cell values. I shouldn't, but just this once I will change the thread title, but you must make sure in future that you don't use generic titles.
When you say A, B and C, I presume you mean columns?
Your question, I am afraid, is not substantial enough even for a yes/no answer.
PowerQueriy's main function is to transform data, but it can do some calculations in the process. It isn't really for data validation, if that's what you mean.

I deliberated just what I should have formatted my question, and which topic to put it under.
I have 3 cells that I want to check what digits are in each those cells separately . ( The cells are not related to each other)
This isn't a job for PowerQuery. This is something to do within Excel with data validation or with formulae, or with VBA.
In PowerQuery, you can use cell contents from Excel as parameters.
