    Get a year count from an intial date to todays date

    Hello, I Have attached a file and in column J, I would like to get the number of years to employee has been working with us when comparing with column I.

    Can this be done? Thank you for your support

    In cell J3 enter the below formula, and fill downwards to the other cells.
