Copy and pastering filtered rows which include images

I am copying and pasting rows from a filtered set of data to another sheet. Each row has an image included, these can be either PNG or JPG. When I copy and paste the filtered data to a new sheet, it pastes the correct rows and the corresponding pictures but it also pastes any JPG's from the hidden rows in the top row of the new sheet. Any idea why excel is doing this? It does not do it for the PNG files, only the JPG files. All other properties of the images, i.e. move and size with cells, are matching.

That doesn't seem to be happening to me. Can you upload your file, maybe with a very small sample as an example?
