Gantt chart problem "conditional formatting not higliht entered days"

I had a problem with gantt project planner

so if I put start date e.g 02/mar/2019 end date 28/mar/2019
the conditional formatting wont work
I thinks the formula must be edited
current formula is
=IF(AND(H$1>=$E2,H$1<=$F2),$G2,"")for fist cell on gantt chart
I also used a conditional formatting where complete giving green under progress yellow and pending on red reference cell is G2

I also change cell H2:S3 to ;;; so it will be blank


everything I added on attached file with a shape to show where is my problem
