Post How to suppress zero values from pie charts

    Hi,

I have a series of sales figures on 30 separate tabs, each tab representing the country breakdown of sales for a particular client. Each tab has a table listing every country we do business in and the associated revenue for that specific client for each country. As such, there are many rows representing countries that have no revenue for a given client as we do not make sales in that specific country for that client. I need to make a pie chart for each client (tab) with a percentage breakdown of each country, but there are so many countries with zero that it is making the pie chart useless. I have even tried sorting and filtering to only display the countries with revenue, but whenever I save the file, they become unsorted and display countries that have $0 revenue. This is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks!
    Nathan

Hi Nathan & Welcome to the Forum,

I believe certainly workable, but can you provide a sample file to work from. Typically in this type of case, you need to make a separate feed of the data above zero and then read from that new block of data.

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need.

Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
    HTH
    Regards, Jeff
