Search for values in a row that is not order dependent

How would I search for a particular set of measurements across rows where the order of search parameters does not matter.

For instance if I want to search for 3, 1, 5 as in row 2 but I enter 5, 1, 3 as the search order and I still get a search result that tells me that it is in row 2.

To Save code , Right click sheet tab,>> Select "View Code",>> Vbwindow appears,>> Paste entire code into Vbwindow,>> Close Vbwindow.
To run code "DoubleClick Cell "A1"
on running code you will see an "Input" box, Enter your 3 numbers (Any Order), the result of any matching row will show in a MsgBox.

This worked like Magic! Thank you very much.

For some reason I didn't include two digit measurements but the code is still able to figure out double digits even though they are not separated by a comma or a space. This is great.
