    how to set each column alignment proper

    Hello All,
    Im using a listbox in UserForm, here column alignment is not ok, after 1st column there have a blank space, which is not required and in 3rd column some text is not visible,
    how i can make all column proper to text visible
    attachment is for you convenience

    AliGW thanks for your reply, but after several try im unable to prepare this, because my ListBox1 do not contain any Text or TextBox, i've attached my file for your convenience.

    Can't you experiment with the ColumnWidths property of the listbox?

    I used the column widths of the columns on the worksheet to work out the column widths for the columns in the listbox and came up with this.
