Hello everyone, I'm new to this forum so I apologize for any errors or insuffient data I provide. I am trying to rank callers from the most experienced to least experienced. On our calling floor, we have three seats in a group, where the middle seat is for the most experienced caller to help out the side seaters. I cant find a function that will fit my needs. Attachment 636198 I have also pasted the data below. To ensure privacy of the callers, I've omitted the names. The ranks on the far left side are the result of using the function (seen also in the picture): =IF(A2>0, COUNTIFS($C$2:$C$100,">"&C2,$D$2:$D$100,">"&D2, $E$2:$E$100, ">"&E2)+COUNTIFS(C2:$C$100,C2,D2:$D$100,D2, E2:$E$100, E2), 0). The if function is used to omit the zeros in the ranking system.
