Simple Toggle on Data

I have a summary file that I use to show monthly financials. I use a simple data validation toggle (Month) to show January, or February, or March. The file is quite long, as we have a lot of transactions. I would like to show this data (using the same sheet) that will show the full year to date data. If I delete the field with the month, everything goes to $0. Does anyone know how to make this data validation pull all of the data?

I could build a new field called YTD, and have all of the data pull using that and an IF statement (if Month field {A6} <> "", then pull all data, otherwise, use the month), but then I would have to change tons of formulas.

It would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook.

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Do not try to use the Paperclip icon, as it doesn't work on this forum.
