can Excel make me a new data set from Real Time Data?

hello there... I have real time data streaming into excel but it is of no use to me when I only look at it and I can't analyze it....

I recorded the cells from my excel screen into a gif that I upload with this post to explain better.
I see I can't upload images to forum maybe it is because I wrote only a few posts on here... I upload it here instead imge.to/i/61nUU

Anyway, I'd like Excel to write every bit of data it receives into a new cell to make a data set of of it sorted by TIME (microseconds apply here I guess)

so my dream table would look like (column headers):

hour:minute:sec,sec ----- AVG I --------- AVG II ---------- difference

here under it, excel - in my wish - would write the data to each column :-)

is that possible?
is that relatively easy?

option 2:
basically I want a line chart ot of that data ... maybe there is some other easier way to do it ???
in this case I wouldn't even need time column - data point / unique entry would do

Please attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy). Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

the question, really, is super simple (to define)
i have a cell in which data changes every moment
i want to make a line chart of those values ,
ideally, have every change written in consecutive row A1, A2, A3 ....

I almost found a way to do it , by just pasting the VBA code, but it works only when I type in the data , for some reason doesnt work with RTD (doesn't capture RTD changes) so my problem not solved yet
