Conditional format based on 2 text values

Hi.

I have a table i am conditionally formatting.

I have set it up so if it says 'training' the cell formats to a yellow background
If it says 'match' the cell changes to grey background

However, if it has training & match i want it to have a grey background, but unfortunately it gives it a yellow background.

Please can someone help?
