estimate of the number of positions & mode of the job title distribution

    Good day,

I am working on a project and need to estimate the number of positions per job title. I want to create a chat that identifies the mode of job title and distribution.

    1) I used COUNTIF to find the number of jobs that appeared, but don't know how to estimate how many more positions per title.

    2) I tried to find the mode by the below formula, but just received an error
The job column B11:B384 range was renamed to "job" this contains text, not numeric values

I tried =MODE.MULT(job) and also tried =MODE.SNGL(job) but neither one works.

Once I figure out 1&2 I should be able to chart.

It may help if you provide a small desensitized sample of the data along with manually producing the expected output, so that contributors can attempt to replicate the output using formulas/code.
To attach a sample workbook (not a picture or pasted copy) click on the GO ADVANCED button below the Quick Reply window and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.
