How to establsih linl between 02 different workbooks

Hi

I use 2010 Excel, I have got 02 workbooks, data is in one workbook with multiple sheets.
I want to do analysis in the other workbook, how do I establish connection and bring the data in my analysis workbook and do all analysis and male charts in it , so whenever the data refresh in original workbook, it changes the data in analysis workbook and updates the chart as well.

I tried to establish the connection via Data >>Connections > Add > Browse for more and it established the connection to one of the sheet
in that data file as it doesn't give the option to connect to more than one sheet, but then I can see the data in my analysis sheet though after the connection is established, please advise how do I see the data as well.

This might help Bondtk:

If you link your result pages using =SUMPRODUCT functions, it should update and the workbooks don't have to be open.

You can link 2 files together with (most) formulas in the exact same way you would reference/link 2 sheets together

I am not sure my question is clearly understood or not.
I have got master workbook which has all the data in several sheets.
I have set up another analysis workbook which will has 02 sheets , one for data analysis and 2nd one will have dashboard where I will have all the charts on it,

What I am trying to do here is to connect my analysis workbook with the master work book.
I can establish the connection with the master work book on one of the sheets but it doesn't give me the option
To import the data from master book so I can see the data in my analysis work book and create charts , so one the master book updates i can just refresh my analysis work book . Whether it's possible in excel 2010 or not,
Or do I need to upgrade to excel 2016 for this purpose.

Please advise.

You dont need to link or "connect" to the other file or import from it, you just need to reference it with formulas, just as if the other file was just another worksheet.
