Plotting Day and Time on a Graph

I have a load of data for the time appointments have been booked on different days (over several weeks). I want to be able to see if there are any patterns in the data, to look for busiest time periods.

I was wondering if there was a way to group the appointment times into hourly blocks and plat that against day of the week. If not, some kind of scatter graph may work but I am struggling to figure it out. I have also got data for two branches and was hoping to be able to compare the two rather than just look at it as a whole.

I have attached some sample data.
