Provide a better explanation, since english is your native language

I take it that is sarcasm which I don't think is appropriate. If you don't want to help why reply?
Well, I want to help you, but as I said, you should provide a better explanation. Is not sarcasm or anything
I heard of combo boxes that can show multiple columns is this true?
Here is an example https://www.extendoffice.com/documen...e-columns.html
This won't be a good solution but thanks for trying. I have these drop down lists in very many places on the worksheet. It would be better to sort of have one place that the user can select to find out what the codes mean. Perhaps a button for one type of code list and another button for the other type of code list.
One list is for labor types of codes LB101, LB102 etc.
The other list is for materials MT101, MT102 etc.
I attached the file and on the Invoice Data sheet there are multiple columns with Codes that have the drop downs.
I imagined buttons to pop up what the code descriptions are if the user needs.
Is this more like what you wanted?

you could use some location (though seeing your workbook I'm not sure where you'd want it) that you could put in the code, either typed in or from a dropdown and in the cell next to it would populate the description. Is that what you are wanting? If so you ought to show on your workbook where you want it and where all the descriptions would come from, the materials tab, the labor tab, another tab (which could be hidden) that would contain all the codes and definitions?
Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.

Thanks I will put hyperlinks to the tables. I apologize for asking an unnecessary question.
No apology needed for asking a question! If it was "necessary" for you it deserves being asked.
I've asked questions then when gotten answers thought D'uh, seemed so simple shouldn't have asked. Any question is worth considering as even if it didn't help you it might be a help to someone else.
