Conditional formatting based on multiple condition

Hello, working on a template that has three cells (A2, B2 and C2).
    A2 represents (days remaining).
B2 represents (conditional formats; Open, Past due and Almost due) with colors green for open, red for past due and yellow for almost due.
Cell C2 represents status ( Completed and pending).

I want a formular for Cell B2( If A2<0, Past due, A2>5, Open, A2<5, Almost due. but if C2 is completed then leave blank or format color black.
    Thank you

Re: Conditional formatting based on multiple condition

If you put a new rule at the top with no formatting set and check stop if true, it will prevent other rules executing if C2 contains "Completed".

=C2="Completed" (or just set it with the contains value option).
