How to export Excel to CSV preserving line breaks?

I am trying to fill a table in a website which only accepts csv file. My data is attached below. In column B there are some line breaks (inserted using Alt+Enter). If I create csv file using 'save as' option it doesn't work in the website. But it works if i use space instead. How can I create the csv so it'll preserve the line breaks and show accordingly? I tried google but wasn't in much luck. I've almost zero programming knowledge. So, detail answer is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    >Open your spreadsheet file in Excel.
    >Click on File, and choose Save As.
    >Enter a file name, then select CSV (Comma delimited)(*csv) from the Save as type drop down. (Note: Saving as a csv format is optional).
    >Here is your csv file attach.

Re: How to export Excel to CSV preserving line breaks?

May be my question was unclear. Thanks for your effort though. I did successfully convert to csv. But as you see commas changed into question marks. And as there were line breaks in the file. So I couldn't upload. I am trying to find a way to make a csv file with line breaks.
