question about cells and pages

Hi

Im working on a sheet that draw numbers from other sheets.

For example:

A name title is taken from page titles :
=menu!B263
And on the page it is taken the same goes again. Like:
b263, b289, b315, b341 ......

When i get the information from these cells. Then instead of using = and point to them all the time manually.

Then is there a way to :

get the data from :
=menu!B263

And then manually add 22 to the =menu!B263.
