Trying to use a SUMIF for a YTD

    Hello All,

I am attempting to do a Sum IF that spans across multiple months, however I am not sure if the function is capable of doing so. Please refer to the attached file to see the problem I have run into. I have seen a combination of Offset, and Index Match used to solve a different issue. I was wondering is Sumif possible to use in this scenario, if not what is the easiest remedy that require the least amount of monthly maintenance. Thanks for your help in advanced!
