    Transition referenced row with HLOOKUP to copied cells

    This is the code that I am using. Unfortunately I have to nest the if statement to look for values and text, so that's why it's so long. The problem is that when I drag this cell down to copy the code to the cells below, it will continue referencing thw 2nd row of the Table2 and Table4. Is there a way to reference the 3rd, 4th, 5, 6, 7, 8... n rows of the tables while copying this formula down do the next 3rd 4th, 5, 6, 7, 8... n cells?
