name manager, table/header relationship

I have observed that if you do a Name Manager for a table, it doesn't include headers.

Is there a way to include the headers in the Name Manager, so I can use the table name with the headers in formulas, or is there no way to get that information?

This would be problematic if I have a really large table, and what I need is both the values and the header information.
