Excel page setting for printing with header

    Hello,

I have built an excel form in order to fill and print after filling.
As there is a lot of data, I've set the selected page to be from A1 to L73. When I've entered into the "page setup" and added "rows to repeat at top" $1:$7 & "columns to repeat at left" $A:$L few things messed up:

    1) the page is re-set visually when on "page layout" to be A1 to J50. The rest of the data is spread over several pages. When I "print preview", the data is locating on 1/4 page of A4, very very small.
    2) I tried to set a page break to be A1 to L73, it did not assist for preview and printing.
    3) I tired to set the "print area" to A1:M73, same, its just not doing the requested.

    What am I missing here?

    Added the file.

    Thanks,

    Kobi
