Excel 2019 speadsheet formatting issues when 2013 and 2010 excel users open document

When sending the attached document from 2019 excel user to 2013 and 2010 users, the formatting changes. I am trying to figure out what to change to keep the pages and age number the same when being used by all three types of excel. The compatibility pop up only says: Some cells or styles in this workbook contain formatting that is not supported by the selected file format. These formats will be converted to the closest format available. Any way to fix this issue or discover what the formatting error is that is causing the document to go from perfectly fitted to distorted?
