    Hi there's more buyer names down the list i need a way to get them all as a list...it doesn't seem to do that

    This will give you what you want but will also include the "Buyer Name:" and the Date/Time ...

    Paste in B2 and copy down column :

    I know that each name the buyer name is always 20 or 21 rows below the other one...it varies between those two values

    what formula i could use for this

    I ran Popipio's formula in the attached and as you can see, it does provide you with all 7 names. Not sure what your issue is with his formula.

    the issue with that formula is that its kind of a game with the number of letters in each column or something but that won't work for me always

    if you can please also provide me this formula

    I know that each name the buyer name is always 20 or 21 rows below the other one...it varies between those two values

    I don't believe that post #2 has anything to do with the string length in a cell.
