Removing Duplicate Samples Regardless of Order

Hello,

Please see the attached file. I have several samples of data shown in columns C-L. In my file, Sample 3, and Sample 5 are duplicates of Sample 1. Sample 3 contains the same values as sample 1, but in a different order. Sample 5 contains the same values as sample 1; they are in the same order. Sample 3 and Sample 5 need to be removed because they are duplicates. I am comparing the entire columns to one another. How could I remove the duplicate samples and others that may exist? I'd like something that can be easily used on hundreds of samples.

Note: There could be more duplicates. I just manually inserted two duplicate samples into this set of random samples.

Other information that might help: Each sample is created without replacement (meaning each value in the population can only appear once in a given sample).

Can you explain specifically using your example what you wish to happen. Your explanation is a little vague and can be interpreted in several ways. What are you matching your duplicates against? What does column A have to do with the table shown? Would be very beneficial if you show a mocked up version of what your expected results would look like with an explanation of why. Are you matching entire columns or individual cells. Very confusing.

Sorry for not conveying my question clear enough. I added a revised file with notes that hopefully has what you need. I'll also try to answer your questions here.

1. I made before and after tabs.

2. Here's a simpler example of what I'm defining as a duplicate. Sample 2 and 3 need to be removed because they are duplicates.

Sample 1:
Apple
Orange
Pear

Sample 2 (duplicate of sample 1):
Pear
Apple
Orange

Sample 3 (also a duplicate of sample 1):
Apple
Orange
Pear

Sample 4 (not a duplicate of any sample):
Apple
Pear
Watermelon

3. I am matching entire columns.

4. I am trying to remove every sample that is a duplicate of another sample.
