reduce size of cells needed for chart

Im sure thsi is a very basic question with a simple answer, but I cant find it!!!!!!
I have a simple chart im creating with a daily figure then represented in a line chart
Is there anyway of running the same chart but using a second set of cells below the first rather than having to scroll across aa ba ca da etc etc

Hi there,

When dealing with charts I always find it much easier to assign the dynamic data to a fixed range (which the chart will then display) than to try to "point" the chart at a moveable range.


Take a look at the attached workbook and see if it does what you need.

Data are entered in the Range A2:H21.

The following formula is entered in Cell K2 and copied downwards to Cell K21:

The chart displays the data in Range K2:K21.

Entering a value (x) from 1 to 8 in Cell K1 will cause the chart to display the data from column x of the Range A2:H2.
