    Pay Progression Automation

    Hello,

I am responsible for tracking employee pay progression (employee receive stepped pay increases on a 3 month schedule). The current tracker is done by entering each date manually, is there a way for excel to auto populate progression dates based on a start date? Looking to be able to enter employee start date and have 3 month progression dates auto populate for an entire calendar year.

    Thanks,

    John

Hello jhasson. Welcome to the forum.

    Another way.

In the attached start dates in row 2. Then this in B3 filled down and across to return 3 month intervals.

I guessed that these are not to be weekends. Columns H:M confirm that.

    .
If you are speaking of my response ... do you have data in the sheet ?

The formula is designed to display a blank if nothing is present in the cell.
