Calculate based on month and country code

Please see attached excel sheet. I need below formula to be applied in Column D

If col B (country_code) = 709
for month_num = 9 and 12, column C (Total_hrs) should be divided by 215.625. for all other months it should be divided by 172.5

If col B (country_code) has other country codes than 709
for month_num = 9 and 12, column C (Total_hrs) should be divided by 205.838. for all other months it should be divided by 164.67
