Trouble Matching Data in Business Format

Hello,

I am currently working on a dashboard system to display live data for a company. The excel sheet is updateable from SAP, and I believe it has a PowerBI format where the cells are blue.

Basically, I am unable to use a match or lookup functions and am left with the #N/A error. I have made sure that all the cells are in the same type, as in number, string, or general, all to no avail. The sheets I am attempting to all in the same file. I am unable to upload the file but will attempt to make a mock-up in power BI format shortly.
