Power Query to Tidy Up Data?

    Hi,

I have attached an example of data that I receive each month in an Excel workbook and would like to be able to convert it to a more usable form.

The main difficulty with using data in this form is that it's messy to do lookups against it because the headers in row 4 (Sales etc) aren't unique.

Also, there are merged cells in rows 1:3.

Is it possible to use Power Query to tidy up this data and, if yes, can someone please suggest how to do this?

    Thanks!

    Thanks very much, Alan.

Sorry, a silly question, no doubt, but can you please tell me how to use this code in PQ?
