Need help from Admin to get my points back........

Hi,

I had kept 30 dollars in my account so that i can use it whenever i want. But it is showing that i don't have any points left. Please help me getting my points back.

Have a look at the attached file and also at the below screenshot. The screenshot shows Balance as 30 but Points Remain as 0.

I have pushed this to management to answer. Dont hold your breath waiting for a reply though, they are pretty useless at resolving issues. Seems once they have your money, thats all they care about

Good luck
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

There is a 30-month validity on points purchased. after which they expire. It's pretty clear on the pricing page: https://www.excelforum.com/payments.php

EDIT: Forget that - yours seem to have been purchased recently.

Hi FDibbis,

40 points are showing in the balance because one of
My post was pending for long for 40 points and since
No one replied hence post is closed and 40 poiy
Returned so that I can use for other posts. This just
happened yesterday only. It shall not be confused
with the 30 missing points. I shall have a balance
of 70 points now..
