Sorting data based on similar id nr

Hello

I am trying to pick out information based on a ID nr. When the ID nr on two lines match, I need to make the data appear in another list.

In the ex I have the data set on top. Listing date, ID, two numeric values and name of the operator. There will always be only one of the numeric values used at eiter one line.

When to lines has the same ID nr, I need to fill in date, name, numeric value 1 from one line and the numeric value 2 from the other. Se ex in the file.

Anybody has any tips?
