copy a table with conditional formatting to regular formatting

    Hello everyone.
I am struggling to understand if there is a way for me to copy/paste a range of cells that are currently using multiple conditional formatting rules into a new sheet where the chart has the same formatting, which is no longer conditional but just the results of it.

Basically, let's say I want to copy B5:H26. Cells do change colour based on multiple conditions, also referring to other cells in different sheets etc.
So let' say that cell C8 is red, as condition to be red is met. I would like to be able to copy paste it and the cell is red because it's coloured in red, not because there is still a condition making it change.

The destination is a new file's sheet, where i cannot have any link or conditional formatting, this is why I need it this way.

I hope I am making sense.

    Is there a way?

Thank you in advance for anyone who can help

Instead of using Copy then Paste into the destination sheet, you should use Copy, move your cursor to the first cell in the destination sheet and right-click and choose Paste-special from the dialogue box. Click on Values | OK, and then press the Esc key.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Pete
thank you for this but it's not doing what I need. Basically I want to copy the exact formatting of the original cells, but instead of being a conditional formatting, I want it static.
Example, if a cell is red because its value is 7, I need that when I copy the cell in the new sheet, this remains red but without having a conditional formula. Am I making sense?

The conditional formatting of the original table is based on values of different sheets, I cannot have conditional formatting active in the destination file.
