Linking a control sheet to populate page Tab names

Is there a way to link the page tab so that the name changes if I change the reference on a control sheet?

e.g. page 1 has a control sheet with text in cell A1-A20

I want page 2 tab name to equal the text in cell A1, page 3 tab name to equal A2 etc,etc
