Office 365.
I am trying to delete Row 1.
If I right-click on the row, 'Delete' is greyed out.
I have attached the workbook in question.
Any ideas?

You can't delete a header of a table, you would have to convert the table to a range.
select B1 and the table tab will appear, then select convert to range under the table tab. You will then be able to delete row 1
That's because it's the header row of a structured table.
