    Conditional Formula - With 2 Columns

    hello,

    Need help with putting a conditional formula.

    ColA = Purpose
    ColB=Cash Out
    ColC =Blank.

    I need a formula that will fill Col C, if Col A and Col B is given.
    Exp. If Col A= Refinance, ColB=N then ColC= Rate&Term
    Exp. If Col A= Purchase, ColB=N then ColC= Purchase
    Exp. If ColA = Refinance, ColB=Y then ColC= Cash Out

    Purpose Cashout Blank (ColC)
    Refinance N Rate&Term
    Purchase N Purchase
    Purchase N Purchase
    Purchase N Purchase
    Purchase N Purchase
    Purchase N Purchase
    Refinance Y Cash Out
    Purchase N Purchase
    Refinance N Rate&Term
    Refinance Y Cash Out
    Refinance Y Cash Out
    Purchase N Purchase

    Thanks!
