    if a1 matches something in colums e:e then paste what it says in f colum

    e.g.

    so a1 has reference number and e:E also has the reference numbers but in columns f:F it has the date the customer signed the paper work.

    So

    if A1 says 101 it will search column E:E for 101 and finds it in e22 it will paste in B1 the data that is is in f22

    Formula in B1 =VLOOKUP(A1,E:F,2,0)
