Material order

I have a fence company with 100 different material items. If one job requires 20 items, is there a way to populate another sheet with just those 20 items for a material list? This way I'll be able to use sheet one to price job and the second sheet to hand to my crew with the materials they need. Any info appreciated. Thanks

That is exactly what I'm looking to do. Are you one of the experts that offers services for a fee? I'm new to excel and don't know how you did that. Once I get my material list figured out, could you do it on my actual spreadsheet for a fee?
